Buenas, muy buenas!

I am.
I am in the third largest city of this little world.

I had a good flight and a pleasant welcome, a shitty night and an early awakening with a cold shower. At home this would have - most probably - encouraged a day of rage, bad mood or at least a hearty cursing orgy.
Now, this morning it was a bit different.

Beginning the day with tea and two plates full of tortillas filled with cheese, cheese and bacon, or beans was wonderful. Then it was time to start for a walk without big plans. Now I am at the end of it, tired, but full of positive new pictures. (my cam too, but somehow I am not able to get them into this computer right now)

I learned that bookshops do have books but not necessarily employees who know about them, or -heaven forbid- about the literary scene in general. All they do is sell stuff.

I learned that the best food can be hidden in a corner of a market hall, where you stand out as the only gringo, and would be lost without Spanish skills.

I saw that red lights and police are not necessarily of the same opinion, but the police wins, as they can whistle and wave their white-gloved hand.

So far so good.
You will read from me.
Soon.
